the brief

What it is

CyberForge: Phish or Protect is a cybersecurity awareness and threat-detection challenge by CyberShield Club. Attackers think. Defenders prove.

Phishers run simulated phishing scenarios through the approved competition platform, while Defenders detect suspicious interactions and follow the sequence Detect, Identify, Warn, Prevent and Report. Everything stays inside the approved environment and uses dummy data only.

the format

How it works

  1. Round 1 · Phish or Protect

One round with a 60-minute time limit. Phishers and Defenders take part individually without knowing each other's identity.

  2. Phisher

Scan only authorized Target QR codes and run a simulated phishing scenario only through the approved competition platform.

  3. Defender

Detect, Identify, Warn, Prevent and Report — explain why an interaction is suspicious and file an incident report for every intervention.
